The arithmetic. Ten seats for a year against one fee.
A retained fee on a £200,000 package, at 30 per cent, is £60,000. Vateri for a firm of ten, for a year, is £13,200. If the layer brings forward one placement, or keep one candidate who would have walked while the diaries were sorted, the year is paid for four times over.
A 30 per cent fee is the usual retained rate. Your packages and your seats will differ; the shape does not.

No. Two consultants can start with two seats. We built Vateri for firms of two to twenty, so there is no minimum and no enterprise tier to grow into.
Can we start with just the CRM?
Yes. The whole layer is included, but each job is switched on by you, when you are ready. A cautious firm runs the CRM and the client portal first and adds the rest one job at a time.
Where is our data held?
In the UK, in a database that cannot be reached from the public internet, with each firm’s records kept apart from every other firm’s. Your data is never used to train any model. The full detail is in our privacy notice and in the agreement we sign with you.
What about our off-limits agreements?
They live in the CRM. Every longlist and every approach is checked against them before a name is written to. You see the check before the call, not after.
How do we move our records across?
Send us an export from your current system, or a spreadsheet. We import it, remove the duplicates and tidy the fields on the way. It is included.
Is there a contract?
Monthly billing rolls month to month and you can stop whenever you like. Annual billing is paid once, up front, at twenty per cent off.
