Trust and security

It works on its own. Your team signs it off.

Built for firms that answer to their clients. What Vateri does by itself, what it never does and where your data lives.

Approvals

A person approves everything that leaves the building.

Vateri reads and drafts on its own. It sends, books and changes records only after someone on your team says yes to that exact action, on a card that shows it in full.

The off-limits wall

A protected client is never approached. Even with always-approve on.

A name is asked forA longlist or a draft wants to include someone.
The employer is checked in your CRMMatched against every off-limits rule the firm holds, not guessed from an email address.
Refused or allowed, then loggedA protected name never reaches the draft. The check is logged either way.

Data

Held in the UK. Never trained on.

  • Held in the UK, in London
  • Each firm’s records kept apart from every other firm’s
  • Never used to train any model
  • A data processing agreement on every plan
  • Sub-processors listed in the privacy notice
  • Registered with the ICO, reference ZC261354

Audit

Every suggestion Vateri makes is logged: what it proposed, who accepted or rejected it and when. Your firm can read the log and, on the enterprise plan, export it.

Access

Connections are private to the person who made them. Your admin sees who has connected what and how much the firm has used, never the messages. Removing a person removes their connections.

For IT admins

What it needs. What it never does.

Connecting Outlook and Teams needs your Microsoft 365 admin. This part is written for them.

What Vateri needs

Read access to the team chat it is invited to, the inboxes and calendars people connect themselves and the CRM an admin connects once. Permission to draft, which it uses only after an approval.

What it never does

Send an email, book a meeting, change a record or contact anyone without a person approving that action first. Train on your data. Share one firm’s records with another.

What your admin sees

Who has connected what and how much the firm has used. Not the messages. Connections are private to the person who made them.
